| Sunday, November 29, 2009 The Turkey has been served and the sweet potatoes are all gone! LOVE the Holidays!!!! We made the move to California from Kentucky! What a nightmare that was! BUT....... Here we are....Yucca Valley, California. We are missin' Kentucky like crazy! And we sure did miss the foliage changing this fall ....I am reminded of that old saying "Bloom where you are planted!" So I am holding my head up high and blooming where I have been planted! It is so true, that their are really seasons in our lives. Seasons to thrive and seasons of rebuilding and humbling........so that our roots can grow down deep and withstand the times! What a beautiful week we have had here. My children played with their cousins, saw my brother and sister in law, got together with good friends and good family. I believe I am in the rebuilding season of my life and with that comes total transformation and that will reflect on our products! Anything on this website that we don't hand make, we will no longer be selling. We have been debating upon even getting rid of our tart burners.......We'd love to hear your input on this one........ We just want to honor the Hand Made products that make us unique and high quality. Well, I am off to chase down the kids and get ready for the school week ahead........Til' next time. -April Saffle |
